Senior Sales Training Specialist

Most days mix complex training delivery, mentorship, and program leadership — designing and delivering major sales training programs (new hire onboarding, leadership training, methodology rollouts), facilitating senior-level sessions, mentoring junior trainers, partnering with senior sales leadership on enablement strategy, and contributing to L&D capability development.
