Most weeks tend to involve complex eligibility review, plan-document interpretation, member or applicant interactions, and the steady cadence of cross-functional coordination — reviewing tough eligibility questions, interpreting plan or program provisions, working with members on retroactive adjustments, supporting newer staff on hard cases. You're often the senior voice when eligibility questions require careful interpretation. Determination accuracy and member satisfaction are the indirect measures.
