Your day involves processing rentals, fitting bikes to riders, explaining how the bikes work, and handling returns. During busy periods, you're managing queues of eager customers while ensuring safety basics are covered. Between rushes, you're checking bike conditions, performing basic maintenance, and keeping the fleet ready. The work is physical and often outdoors.

The challenge is balancing speed with safety. Customers want to get going quickly, but you need to ensure proper fit, explain relevant safety information, and make sure they understand the rental terms.
