CSR and Sustainability VP (Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Vice President)

As VP of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability, you lead both CSR and sustainability functions. You develop programs that demonstrate corporate citizenship, manage environmental initiatives, coordinate community engagement, and report on social and environmental performance. This role combines social responsibility with environmental sustainability.

Your days span community, environment, and stakeholder engagement. You might review community investment programs, coordinate environmental initiatives, develop employee volunteer programs, prepare sustainability reporting, and engage with NGOs and community partners. You build the organization's reputation as a responsible corporate citizen.

The hardest part is managing the breadth of CSR and sustainability while demonstrating meaningful impact across both domains. CSR and Sustainability VPs who thrive are skilled at building programs that create genuine value for communities and environment while supporting business objectives.
