Most weeks tend to involve field coordination, document management, and the steady cadence of stakeholder communication — managing delivery schedules for solar modules or wind components, coordinating site visits, prepping daily field reports, working with the superintendent on the day's sequence. You might find yourself half-coordinator, half-administrator on a remote site for months at a time. Schedule adherence and documentation currency are the visible measures.

The harder part is often the remoteness and travel — renewable construction sites tend to be in rural areas with limited amenities, and field coordinator roles often run on extended deployments. Variance across employers is real: at major renewable EPCs you have site-management infrastructure; at smaller developers you're wearing more hats with less support.
